Alice is a dedicated full-time multi-disciplinary 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and teaches anything from a gentle restorative class to a fast-paced vinyasa with artful intelligence. She specializes in Kid’s and Prenatal Yoga and also offers reiki energy healing.
Alice holds private and public sessions in Southeast Michigan, and is also available for travel and virtual classes. Select in-person offerings are held at her home studio in Detroit.
